Marc Ellingworth
Marc writes at the intersection of investing, international business, leadership, and ADHD research.
Over more than a decade in international business, Marc has worked in senior executive roles — including as a managing director — designing and building businesses across borders.
His work has spanned the full arc from shaping international growth strategy and presenting it at executive and board level to establishing and scaling subsidiaries, with responsibility for international teams and operations across multiple markets.
Alongside his work in business, Marc has pursued academic work focused on ADHD, giftedness, and neurodiversity. He has presented his research at conferences across Europe, developed and delivered university workshops, and contributed articles to international publications.
His own neurodiversity — especially giftedness and ADHD — shapes both the questions he asks and the systems he builds.
In his books, Marc combines research, strategic experience, and practical reasoning to examine how complex systems can be redesigned for minds that do not work in straight lines. He favors clear reasoning over financial theatre, systems over willpower, and understanding over prescription.
