Our impact

Useful books should create value beyond the page.

We believe a publishing house can create something of value and still ask what part of that value should travel further. Beginning in 2027, we will donate at least 10% of the annual profits from our books to carefully selected organizations doing work we believe deserves support.

Readers will be invited to help us find the projects and organizations worth knowing about.

Marc writes at the intersection of investing, international business, leadership, and ADHD research. He combines professional experience building and leading companies with a long-standing interest in neurodiversity and the systems that shape how people make decisions.

Mara Selden

Mara writes about the inner lives people often edit for public consumption: intrusive thoughts, shame, ambivalence, identity, and the private contradictions that resist easy answers. Her work brings together psychological research, lived experience, and dry observation — with honesty, curiosity, and very little interest in moral panic.

Her first book with Neurodiverse Minds is expected to be announced in early 2027.
