Our impact
Useful books should create value beyond the page.
Neurodiverse Minds Publishing Group was founded to publish thoughtful, research-informed books that question familiar assumptions, look again at established patterns, and make room for ideas that do not fit neatly inside the standard answer.
That same principle shapes how we think about the publishing house itself. We believe a business can create something of value and still ask what part of that value should travel further. Success does not have to stop with the people who created it.
Beginning in 2027, we will donate at least 10% of the annual profits from our books to organizations doing work we believe deserves support. It is one small way of returning some of what the publishing house creates to a wider world.
This is not a temporary campaign. It is part of how we want the publishing group to operate.
How the commitment works
-
01
At least 10%
Beginning with the 2027 financial year, at least 10% of our annual net profits from all books published under our imprint will be allocated to the organizations we select.
-
02
Carefully selected
We will support a small number of organizations whose work we believe creates substantive and responsible change. The organizations may evolve as our publishing program and the needs around us develop.
-
03
Publicly reported
We will publish the name of every organization we support and the amount donated. Our first annual impact report will be released after the 2027 financial year has closed.
What we may support
A wide world deserves a wide circle of care.
We do not believe care has to fit neatly into a single category—or stop at a border.
The work we support may take many forms: advancing neurodiversity awareness, education and practical support closer to home; rescuing animals affected by war, displacement or natural disasters; helping communities recover after catastrophe; or funding wells and lasting access to clean water in communities across Africa and elsewhere.
The causes may be different, but the purpose is shared: to make life safer, fairer or more possible where meaningful help is needed.
Help us find work worth supporting.
We know that the projects most worth supporting are not necessarily the ones with the greatest visibility. Some are found because one person cared enough to tell someone else about them.
That is why we want to hear from you.
Tell us about the organizations, projects and causes that matter to you. Reader recommendations will help shape our shortlist, and our community will be invited to take part in the final selection of the organizations we support.
Before we donate, we will review each shortlisted organization carefully—including its work, transparency, and how contributions are used. The final decision will combine this review with the preferences expressed by our community.
2027 program
Our first selection begins here.
We are currently developing the selection and reporting framework for our first year of giving. Recommended organizations and future updates will be shared here as the program develops.
The first recipients, donation amounts and annual impact report will be published on this page once they are available.
